This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and is ready to make a real impact as we continue to grow nationally.
About the Role
As the Branch Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch, with oversight across operations, amenities, purchasing, procurement, and warehouse functions. Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in operational delivery and team performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Significant experience leading and motivating small field-based teams.
A background as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Operations Supervisor (restoration, construction, or related industries).
Strong technical competency and an eye for detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time, cost, and quality effectively.
A strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships.
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to step into the field as required.
A passion for developing people and contributing to the growth of a national organisation.
What We Offer
An attractive remuneration package including company vehicle.
Genuine career progression opportunities within a growing national business.
The chance to be part of a people-first culture that values development, innovation, and teamwork.
A diverse and rewarding role with the opportunity to make a real impact.
