What You'll Do
Financial Administration
Calculate and process broker commissions
Create and send invoices to clients and lenders
Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records
Track deals from approval to settlement to payment
Marketing & Communications
Build and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
Manage social media presence
Create client newsletters and updates
Track campaign performance
Client Support
Answer phones and handle inquiries professionally
Make follow-up calls for documents
Ensure excellent client experience
General Operations
Maintain CRM database (Pipedrive)
Coordinate with lenders on documentation
Keep systems organised and running smoothly
You Need To Have
Experience in admin, operations, or office management
Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
Email marketing platform experience - Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Strong Google Sheets skills - formulas, data organisation, tracking
Phone confidence - you can handle client calls without anxiety
Self-direction - you don't need constant supervision
Attention to detail
Australian work rights
Nice to have:
Finance/lending background
Xero experience
CRM experience
Canva skills
Familiarity with AI tools

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 + super
