With a strong reputation for reliability, technical excellence, and customer service, we're looking to expand our team with a dedicated Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and project delivery.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of installation and servicing activities. You will also be responsible for meeting technicians on-site to review job requirements and provide hands-on support as needed. You will work closely with our sales team, technicians, clients, and suppliers to ensure that all projects are properly resourced, completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule installation and servicing jobs across multiple sites

Liaise with clients to confirm appointments and site access

Allocate jobs to location, skill set, and availability

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion

Order and track materials and equipment needed for jobs

Manage and maintain service and maintenance records

Assist in preparing job quotes, work orders, and documentation

Handle incoming service requests and respond to urgent call-outs

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a coordination or operations role, ideally in HVAC, construction

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Confident using scheduling and CRM systems (e.g., SimPRO)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail

Knowledge of air conditioning systems or HVAC industry is highly desirable
