My client is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a large business and become apart of the culture.
Job Purpose:
The role of the Service Coordinator is to be the main contact point for all service technicians, take incoming calls and also provide general administration support for the office. As needed, to provide support to the Projects team.
Duties:
- Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system
- Create service work orders as necessary
- Contract renewals to be communicated to the Service Manager
- Work In Progress jobs monitoring in service management system
- Service order closure and invoicing
- General Administration
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience with a service job management or ERP software
- Computer literate and familiar with windows based applications
- Not shy to take incoming phone calls
- Enjoy working in a team environment
