The Opportunity
Join a purpose-led housing provider supporting residents across the full tenancy lifecycle. This full-time role is based in Brisbane's inner-city fringe and covers a local portfolio. You'll work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to deliver safe, secure housing outcomes.

The Role
This is a hands-on tenancy coordination role with a strong customer focus. You'll manage everything from onboarding and inspections to lease renewals, maintenance and tenancy exits. It's a varied role with real impact, suited to someone who thrives on structure, empathy and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy sign-ups, viewings and renewals
• Manage rent reviews, arrears and maintenance requests
• Conduct routine inspections and condition reports
• Support residents through changes in household circumstances
• Handle complaints, breaches and exit processes
• Maintain accurate tenancy records and compliance

About You

• Calm, friendly and confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail and task management
• Experience in housing, property or community services
• Real estate registration or license (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s license required
