What you'll bring:
A proven track record in business development or account management (7+ years' experience highly regarded).
A natural relationship builder - confident in engaging with business owners, decision makers, and young people alike.
Highly organised and adaptable, able to switch between fieldwork and office coordination.
A good understanding of your local business landscape and community networks.
Commitment to quality, compliance, and delivering strong outcomes.
A full driver's licence and the ability to meet employment screening requirements.
Knowledge about apprenticeships, traineeships, or the VET system (highly regarded).

If you're a strong relationship builder with a business development mindset and a passion for community impact, we'd love to hear from you.
