About the Position

Position Description

• Manage daily food and retail operations across multiple service areas
  
  
• Lead, roster, and support a small front-line team
  
  
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships
  
  
• Maintain presentation, food safety, and compliance standards
  
  
• Drive a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement
  
  
• Manage budgets, reporting, and labor cost targets
  
  
• Liaise with senior management on business performance and initiatives
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or café management
  
  
• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
