your role
As the Assistant Retail Manager/Retail Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial performance of a key shopping centre. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the lifecycle of retailers, including inductions and lease negotiations.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
• Assisting with the timely collection of rent and ensuring arrears targets are met.
• Supporting the business in achieving cash flow targets and providing accurate sales data.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by continually reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all reporting, safety, and business standards.

• Proven success in managing and collecting tenancy rents.
