About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in one of the ACT's most well-established operations. With a salary of $100-120K consumate with experience, you will oversee day-to-day performance with a focus on driving continuous improvement while maintaining a strong community focus. Supported by senior leadership, you'll have autonomy to lead, coach, and deliver excellence across every department.

Position Description

Oversee daily venue operations across all service areas

Lead, mentor, and develop a Duty Manager team and provide support to the frontline staff

Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance targets

Ensure compliance with licensing, gaming, and regulatory obligations

Maintain venue presentation and service standards through hands-on leadership

Collaborate with senior management to implement group initiatives

Position Requirements

Proven experience in venue or operations management within hospitality or clubs

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Financial acumen with experience in budgets, cost control, and reporting

In-depth knowledge of gaming and regulatory compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current RSA and RCG are essential
