Location: ANU, Canberra
ROLE
Day to day Subway operation
Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.
SALARY
Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part time equivalent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)
Positive, energetic and hardworking
Good customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexibility with working hrs (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift and 1-weekend shift is a must)
Team building ability
Ability to work under pressure

You must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
Must have a driver's licence.
You must provide a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
At least 5 years of people management experience is a must.
You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs.
You must have at least 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Manager experience.
You must have 4 years of Fast Food Attendant experience.
