Team Leader Administration (Planning Approvals)
Salary: $94,267 to $101,636
Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

Newly created senior administration role leading our administration team! The Planning Services business unit is responsible for delivering the City’s statutory and strategic planning functions, and our administration team provide crucial support to keep everything running smoothly. The administration team are responsible for customer service, accepting, encoding and finalising applications and a range of general administration duties including arranging meetings, invoicing, purchasing, reporting and arranging consultation for development proposals.
As the Team Leader Administration, you will be leading a small administration team to ensure high quality support and customer service and be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems aligned with City policies and procedures. In addition, you will ensure compliance with statutory obligations, financial protocols and customer service standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and monitor the team performance against KPI’s.

Proven experience in leading small teams to achieve administrative and customer service outcomes.
Developing and/or contributing to strategic administrative initiatives aligned to organisational plans.

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including report writing.
