Posted 6 days ago
About Us:
Tranen is an industry leader in implementing ecological restoration, native revegetation and natural area management projects in WA. We are well renowned for our exceptional proven project delivery track record and demonstrated quality outcomes.
The Role(s):
Due to continued high demand and consistent growth at our Southwest office, we are seeking Field Team Leaders / Supervisors and Field Technicians to join our Busselton team to contribute to the on-going and growing success of our diverse projects and maintain our reputation as an industry leader. We are looking for outcome-focused professionals to contribute to field based project delivery in either a supervisory or technician-based role initially. We are open to various levels of experience (not just related to revegetation activities) and are keen to make sure the roles fit the right people. Your attitude, initiative and work ethic are generally more important to us than strict qualifications and experience.
For the right candidates, there are also on-going opportunities to progress your career in this rapidly evolving industry. However, the currently advertised positions are field based only, as demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic on the ground, and building practical knowledge, are essential for career progression at Tranen. A high level of physical fitness is a requirement for our field staff as work can sometimes involve fast-paced, physically challenging tasks over extended periods, sometimes under extreme weather conditions.

Training, and mentoring field technicians.
Other duties including but not limited to: revegetation monitoring, site maintenance, equipment maintenance, site preparation, herbarium development, etc.
Some of our projects require working away on an inconsistent basis at critical times of the year. This is only within a Monday to Friday schedule and is determined on a project-by-project basis.
