Project Administrator / Office Administrator

About the Company

Our client, based near Osborne Park, is a dynamic construction business delivering small to mid-sized commercial projects. With a tight-knit, high-performing team, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and loves being hands-on across multiple parts of a project.

As the Document Controller / Project Administrator, you'll take ownership of the document control system (experience with Aconex or similar platforms is ideal) while playing a key part in driving project administration and supporting the Project Managers. You'll be involved from tender and award through to handover and closeout, gaining exposure to all stages of delivery - no two days will look the same!

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in document control is desirable
• Administration experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering is essential.
• Confidence using systems like Aconex, TeamBinder, or similar.
• Background with a main contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy.
• Exposure to both design and delivery phases - ECI experience would be highly advantageous.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to support the team and business throughout the project lifecycle from tendering through to delivery, including general office administration tasks.
• There are typically 2-4 live projects happening at any one time, all circa $10m in value or under.
• A strong work ethic, including dedication to team, peers and business objectives
• You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will be adaptable and flexible in the way you work
• Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
• Full Australian working rights are essential for this position.

An attractive salary package is on offer - $110K - $120K Base + Super + On-site Parking.
