About the role

As our Team Leader, Place Management, you’ll be leading a team of Place Managers to deliver high-quality tenancy services providing coaching, guidance, and sharing your expertise in affordable housing and the social sector.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Solid tenancy experience, with proven working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and VCAT processes

• Demonstrated ability to lead staff across multiple sites

• A calm, trauma-informed and resilient approach to working with vulnerable people and complex situations

• Enthusiasm for building a positive, inclusive team culture

This is a full-time, ongoing position under SCHADS level 6 with a salary of approximately $110,000 plus superannuation and leave loading. The role is based at our Northern suburb office but will require some travelling to properties and between sites. Work from home is available one day a week, after the probation period.
