About the Firm

The team services a diverse client base across SMEs, family groups, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities, providing exposure to complex and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple industries
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship
• Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS
• Assist partners with advisory and tax planning projects
• Liaise directly with clients to deliver high-quality service and advice
• Play a key role in process improvement and client strategy

About You

• CA qualified (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in business services or tax within public practice
• Strong technical knowledge across accounting and taxation
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Desire to move into a leadership/manager role within the next 6 months
• Confident mentoring junior team members and managing workflow
