Your Role

Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional guidance to the Speech Pathology team.

Coordinate and manage caseloads to ensure quality and timely service.

Deliver hands-on, client-centred therapy across homes, schools, and community settings.

Support clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology.

Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.

3+ years of Speech Pathology experience (community or NDIS experience highly regarded).

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Passion for delivering client-centred care and supporting team development.
