About the Role As Team Leader, you’ll balance clinical work with team supervision and service development. You’ll provide guidance, mentorship, and professional support to a group of dedicated OTs, ensuring quality outcomes for clients and a culture of growth and wellbeing for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and day-to-day support to Occupational Therapists
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on reflection, learning, and best practice
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT services where needed within your area of expertise
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and review progress using person-centred frameworks
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and organisational initiatives
• Support achievement of service goals and ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and mission

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive OT who enjoys coaching others and leading by example. You’ll have strong clinical knowledge, great communication skills, and a genuine commitment to empowering both clients and clinicians.

Essential Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring other clinicians
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
• Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis training)
• WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
