About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Vietnamese cuisine who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes

• Develop and update special menus for holidays and seasonal events

• Monitor inventory and maintain stock levels

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet company standards

• Supervise and train kitchen staff

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Manage food costs and contribute to revenue control

• Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively

• Address customer feedback and ensure satisfaction

• Collaborate with management on menu planning and kitchen operations

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Vietnamese cuisine

• A recognised qualification in commercial cookery or kitchen management (equivalent to Australian standards)

• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team

• Strong inventory and cost control skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
