Our location and restaurant's views are unmatched overlooking the beautiful white sand and rolling surf that Rainbow Beach has to offer, boasting unobstructed views to Double Island Point in the south and north to World Heritage listed Fraser Island (K'gari).

Our highly successful Club with modern amenities is looking for energetic, organised, and passionate Chefs' & Cooks to complement our catering team into the future.

We are looking for qualified Chef's with at least 2 years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen. As well as experienced cooks.

Essential qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Cooks require minimum 1 year commercial kitchen experience in restaurants, pubs, or clubs.

Our Chefs & Cooks will have…

A real passionate for the food you produce.

The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

A solid background in busy restaurants, pubs, or Clubs.

Good knowledge in HACCP.

Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and hygiene practices essential.

The ability to work with a team and able to take direction and feedback; and

Excellent time management skills.

Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Availability over the weekend is a must (it is Hospitality after all).
