About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef with a strong background in Sri Lankan cuisine to join our team full-time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and cook traditional Sri Lankan dishes, including curries, roti, sambols, and rice dishes
Plan and develop seasonal menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation of dishes
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and manage portion control
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff where required
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
Skills and Experience Required
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience as a Chef
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine and traditional cooking methods
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Strong communication and leadership skills
