About the Role:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of fundraising sales representatives to achieve acquisition targets for our charity clients. This role ensures that fundraising activity reflects the organisation’s values, delivers high-quality donor experiences, and contributes to sustainable income growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of fundraisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

• Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.

• Set clear expectations and foster accountability across the team.

• Provide daily on-site coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professionalism.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to review results, provide feedback, and support personal development.

• Identify sales training needs and collaborate with management to ensure consistent skill development and compliance with campaign standards.

• Oversee day to day operations including site management, logistics, and compliance with fundraising/marketing and sales regulations.

• Ensure accurate and timely sales data capture and reporting through approved systems (e.g. Evergiving).

• Maintain clear communication between fundraisers, management, and charity clients.

• Preparing and implementing strategies across our fund-raising space, to increase recognition and interest for the campaigns.

• Implementing marketing and sales strategy that benefit All Australian Marketing’s image and brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree qualified

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in face-to-face fundraising, direct sales, or similar performance-driven environment.

• Proven leadership experience managing and coaching teams to exceed targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies.

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
