What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and scale a high-performing residential solar & battery sales team

Build and execute winning sales strategies to hit monthly team targets

Collaborate with marketing on lead flow, campaigns and growth opportunities

Recruit, onboard and mentor new consultants as we grow

Spearhead the rollout of new solar and battery products and programs

Track team performance using CRM tools and KPI dashboards

Champion our values and support a fun, high-performance team culture

Experience managing B2C sales teams (residential solar/battery essential)

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong commercial awareness, strategy, and leadership skills

Confidence launching new products into a live sales environment

Excellent communication and team-building ability

A passion for clean energy and meaningful results

💰 What’s On Offer

Salary negotiable based on experience

OTE $140,000–$160,000+ with generous bonuses and team overrides

Full-time role | Monday to Friday | Office-based in Adelaide
