Wagtail Fashion Hub: Discover and shop story fashion brought to life through video — see the fit, feel the style, skip the returns.

Our mobile app lets people discover and shop clothing through real videos that show fit, movement, and style — helping shoppers buy with confidence and skip the returns. Users can follow their favourite brands, designers, and creators to build a personalised feed tailored to their taste. Wagtail brings the clarity of in-store shopping online, creating a more inspiring, sustainable, and trustworthy way to explore fashion.

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Manager to drive retail partnerships and grow our community of fashion stores and designers. Your role will be to introduce Wagtail to retailers, get them excited about posting content, and help them succeed on the platform. You’ll also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to grow our user base.

What you’ll do

Identify and sign up retail stores and fashion brands

Build strong relationships and support them to start posting video content

Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to drive growth

Create and execute user acquisition strategies — for example:

Running social media campaigns to attract shoppers

Designing referral or incentive programs

Partnering with influencers and creators to showcase Wagtail

Coordinating online or pop-up events to drive sign-ups

Represent Wagtail with confidence and creativity

What we’re looking for

Experience in sales, partnerships, and marketing

Strong interest and connection to fashion industry

Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, social media, email, influencer, events, PR) to grow brand awareness, engagement, and demand

Confident communicator who can inspire and persuade

Creative thinker with a track record of growing users or communities

Motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently

Comfortable in a startup environment — flexible, resourceful, and driven

Work from home

4–5 days per week (flexible depending on applicant)

Salary plus commission/bonus structure to reward growth and results
