About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to expand our market presence across Australia and New Zealand. The Salary offered for the Sales and Marketing position is $80,000-$85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, including golf clubs and retail partners

Identify new business opportunities

Lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Oversee brand development, sales events and customer communications

Prepare reports and provide insights on sales performance and market trends

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing management (minimum 3 years)

Strong understanding of B2B sales, ideally within apparel, sporting goods or related industries

Detailed knowledge of the golf industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to develop marketing campaigns (social media, email, events)

Skilled in managing social media platforms to engage with customers effectively.

Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in CRMs, Google Ads, analytical tools to optimise marketing strategies.

Proven organisational and leadership skills

Knowledge of current systems – embroidery software, Canva and Adobe artwork suite
