We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative to help grow their client base and strengthen market presence across Australia. This is a hands-on, results-driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment

What you'll do?
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Promote logistics services, providing tailored solutions that align with clients’ objectives
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and laws
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoices
- Deliver excellent after-sales support and gather feedback to strengthen relationships
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
What you need?
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Demonstrated sales track record and a strong understanding of the logistics or transport industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Strong time management and strategic planning abilities
