About the Role

As a Relationship Officer, you’ll support the State Manager in growing our referral network and brand presence. You’ll be the face of 4gr in the community—building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving engagement across the western suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Meet networking, revenue, and enrolment targets.

• Build and nurture relationships with schools, employers, NDIA, and other stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to expand into new regions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support service design and marketing.

• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, WH&S, and internal policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in relationship management or business development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and adapt your approach.

• Experience generating leads through networking and digital strategies.

• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Comfortable travelling across Melbourne’s western suburbs and managing admin tasks independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualifications.
