Reflective Fabrications has been manufacturing reflective and safety products in Melbourne since 1988. All work is completed in-house using certified materials and processes. We are authorised distributors of 3M and ORAFOL reflective materials and hold all current certifications for Australian compliance.

We supply every major emergency service organisation across Australia and have built our reputation on reliability, quality, and service. The average tenure of our in-house team is over 12 years. Over the past 12 months, we have invested heavily in our screen printing operations and are now ready to take on the reflective and road signage market with expanded capability and capacity.

The Opportunity

This role is a key part of Reflective Fabrications next stage of growth. You will lead business development for reflective and road signage, working directly with councils, civil contractors, and traffic management companies. You will be supported by a strong manufacturing team, an upgraded production line, and full compliance credentials.

We are looking for a proven sales professional who understands this industry and is ready to grow with us. The right person will bring experience, accountability, and strong existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business across local government, infrastructure, and traffic management sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new opportunities
• Manage quotes, and proposals in line with industry standards
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and delivery
• Represent Reflective Fabrications with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum five years of experience in signage, reflective materials, or related civil infrastructure sales
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards for reflective and road signage
• Experience managing tenders and customer accounts
• Existing industry relationships will be highly regarded
• Driven, accountable, and confident in achieving measurable results
• Australian citizenship is required for this position

What's On Offer

• Base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus superannuation
• Commission on gross profit with OTE between $140,000 and $160,000
• Vehicle allowance or fuel card
• Performance bonus at 6 and 12 months for achieving growth targets
• Long-term opportunity to progress into a national management position as the business expands
