As part of a rapidly growing industry, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of modular construction and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team and expand our market presence.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of growth, responsible for building strong relationships with architects, developers, builders, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with a focus on high-end architectural and sustainable modular solutions.
Collaborating with design and project teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Leading presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close new projects.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within construction, modular, or architectural product sectors.
A background in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or similar.
A solid understanding of Building Codes (NCC), Australian Standards
A strong network within architecture, building, and development industries is highly advantageous.
A passion for sustainable building, modern construction solutions, and high-end design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing your own territory.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Super.
Car or car allowance.
Uncapped commission structure – your earnings reflect your performance.
