About the Role
This is not your standard Business Development Manager position. At AHFund, we’re looking for someone who will not only drive new business activities but also serve as the "second-in-command" to our founder and managing director. This unique role will give you a front-row seat to the inner workings of our business, from strategic planning to financial oversight — making you a true commercial partner in growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential partners, clients, and markets. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that expand our footprint.

Short-Term and Long-Term Incentives (STI/LTI):
Contribute to achieving short-term and long-term business goals. You’ll be eligible for both STI (based on monthly & quarterly business and personal performance) and LTI (linked to strategic milestones and sustained business growth).

Second-in-Command Role:
Act as the right-hand person to the founder and managing director. This includes stepping in when needed to represent leadership, helping with high-level decision-making, and ensuring continuity of vision and operations.

Operational Insight and Financial Oversight:
Provide critical insights into how the business operates, including financial performance, operational efficiencies, and strategic improvements. You'll be involved in reviewing financial data and contributing to key operational decisions.

Profit Share Opportunity:
As part of this role, you'll also be potentially entitled to a profit share based on the business's performance and growth targets. This means your success is directly aligned with the success of AHFund, offering you a tangible stake in our collective achievements.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, preferably in financial services, property investment, or a high-growth business environment.

Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to step into a 2IC role with confidence.

Excellent analytical skills, particularly in understanding business financials, operational metrics, and strategic planning.

A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and operate across senior levels.

Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
