About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established freight forwarding business that's built its reputation on integrity, innovation, and exceptional customer service. With strong operational support and a collaborative culture, they're now looking to expand their team with both Junior and Senior Business Development Managers who are eager to make their mark.

This is a fully autonomous, hybrid role - you'll spend your time where you're most effective: out meeting clients, working from home, or collaborating with the team in the office 1-2 days a week.

What You'll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across import/export, air, sea, and road freight.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and ongoing account support.

Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within transport, logistics, or a related B2B service.

A self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Results-driven mindset - you love the thrill of the chase and take pride in exceeding targets.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to sell multi-modal freight services.

Those with a background in B2B sales looking to step into the freight forwarding industry are also encouraged to apply.
