We’re seeking a Dental Receptionist / Assistant to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally

Manage appointment bookings and handle phone and email enquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts

Support daily operations to ensure the practice runs efficiently

Assist with restocking, sterilisation, and occasional chairside support

Help with general office administration and housekeeping tasks

About You

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist / Assistant

Warm, approachable, and excellent at building strong relationships

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Professional, reliable, and a supportive team player

Genuinely passionate about helping and caring for others
