Oasis Dental Palm Beach is thriving, and we’re looking to grow our supportive and dynamic team! To meet increasing patient demand, we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and patient-focused Dental Assistant & Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly and high-performing practice.

This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in both clinical and administrative environments. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping us deliver outstanding care to every patient.

If you are an experienced Dental Assistant with a passion for growth, we are happy to provide training and support to develop into the Front Office Coordinator role.

What your day may include:

Chairside assisting with general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures

Sterilisation and infection control

Coordinating appointments and patient flow

Front desk reception, phone enquiries, and patient check-in/out

Payment processing and health fund claims

Supporting the dentist with treatment coordination and patient communication

Creating a welcoming and calm experience for patients from start to finish

About You:

Minimum 1 year experience in dental assisting and/or front office

Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)

Confident with dental software – Core Practice experience a bonus

Professional, reliable, and a true team player

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience
