About the role

Dental Flossophy is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy practice in Corinda. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our dental clinic and will involve a range of administrative and customer service responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing patient bookings and schedules

Handling patient enquiries and administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment books

Assisting with billing, invoicing and insurance claims

Providing a high level of customer service at all times

Supporting the dental team as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare/medical industry

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and friendly manner

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software, ideally D4W, and standard office technology

A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach to your work

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
