The Opportunity
Seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects in the Sydney CBD, with project values ranging from $100K to $4M.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising trades, coordinating site logistics, managing subcontractors, and driving project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site activities, including formwork, reo, and concrete pours Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Develop and communicate daily programs and task sequencing
  • Manage site logistics, materials, plant, and labour efficiently
  • Complete daily diaries, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and photographic records
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety walks
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager for resource and project planning

What We're Looking For

  • Background: Concrete, formwork, reo, technical pours
  • Strong skills in reading and executing construction drawings
  • Proactive approach to safety, compliance, and quality control
