About the Roles: We are seeking a Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to work on excavation, piling and ground engineering projects that include bored piling, diaphragm walling, anchoring and shotcreting.
Duties:

• Work as part of a Piling/Ground Engineering crew
• Be very hands on
• Assist with site set up
• Coordinate daily tasks on site
• Order plant and materials
• Manage the daily production
• Can get involved in all aspects on site and assist your team
• Client communication
• Adherence to all safety procedures

About the Requirements:

• A background in the Ground Engineering/Piling sector
• Knowledge of bored piling, diaphragm walls, shotcreting etc
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read plans/drawings
• Be capable of driving projects forward
• Have strong communication skills
• Be a good problem solver
• Relevant construction tickets
• Driving license
