Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations across structural works, including formwork and concreting

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient workflows

Enforce compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies

Monitor progress and report to Project Managers on timelines and milestones

Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

Maintain high-quality workmanship and address any on-site issues promptly

About You:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of structural works, formwork, and concreting techniques

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

White Card and relevant site safety qualifications
