The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You’ll oversee and coordinate 8–10 residential projects at a time, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager & Director, you’ll lead teams on-site, manage subcontractors, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide on-site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.

Quality & Compliance: Enforce high construction standards, ensuring all work complies with regulations and design specifications.

Safety: Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks, maintaining a strong WHS culture.

Client Communication: Represent Esteem professionally, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

Scheduling & Reporting: Use project management software to monitor progress, forecast timelines, and report outcomes.

Problem Solving: Address site challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor for residential extensions and additions

Strong understanding of CDC/DA processes and Sydney council regulations

Carpentry trade background or equivalent construction qualification

Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site efficiency

Proficiency in using Project Management Systems / Apps (e.g. Buildertrend, Procore, SimPRO, etc.)

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Current Driver’s Licence, White Card, and strong commitment to safety
