The Role:

• Managing up to 10 builds at any one time.
• Reporting into the Director, the main responsibilities of the position will be to assist with the build and timely completion of new-build high end homes.
• You will be overseeing OH&S and ensuring that compliance is met and adhered to at all times.
• On top of that you will be expected to keep on top of who is doing what and general trade liaison.
• Projects in North Sydney and North Shore areas
• Source and bring trades if necessary

Requirements:

• Trade base in the north Sydney area
• At least 5 years' work behind them as a Site Supervisor (new homes supervision experience is required)
• Trade background is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
• You will enjoy working as part of a team of experienced supervisors
• Attention to detail is key
• Full driver's license and ability to drive
