About the role

Compass Developments NSW Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Toukley, NSW. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations

Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project activities

Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

Thorough understanding of construction methods, project management, and quality control procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the broader project team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings

Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
