What you'll do:
You'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional workplace support. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same - from managing facilities and mailroom logistics to assisting with onboarding and staff services. You'll play a vital role in creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors alike.
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service by managing the Service Station desk and assisting staff and visitors daily.
- Coordinate facilities operations including mailroom, courier services, pool cars, and maintenance requests.
- Oversee office security, issuing and managing access passes, keys, and contractor permissions.
- Support administrative processes such as onboarding, invoicing, calendar management, and signage updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high workplace standards and a positive, well-organised environment.
What you bring:
- Proven administrative and customer service experience, with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to produce accurate, professional documents and reports.
- Effective communicator and team player, adaptable across audiences and organisational levels.
- Highly organised and proactive, managing confidential information, priorities, and knowledge sharing efficiently.
