🔑 Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💼 Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally

Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status

Efficiently resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed

🚚 Freight Booking & Coordination

Book freight with carriers, ensuring timely pickup and delivery

Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g. consignment notes, labels)

Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure goods are ready and accurate

📦 Customer Collections

Coordinate with customers to schedule suitable collection times

Ensure correct documentation is signed off at collection

Maintain internal systems and communicate across departments

🧾 Reporting

Report to the Corporate Services Manager

Attend weekly Admin Team meetings

Monitor and report on KPIs and metrics
