Role Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and acting as the primary liaison between clients and the kitchen. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and providing information on our products and services.
Serving as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors.
Managing general correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Sorting and responding to emails promptly.
Preparing quotes and orders for client functions and events.
Accurately processing customer orders through our online system, ensuring correctness and confirmation with clients.
Assisting in organizing and preparing for functions, including running sheets, site access, delivery logistics, and staff coordination.
Collaborating with management to achieve goals and uphold the company's reputation.
Collaborating with the team on promotional and marketing material.
Preparing and issuing invoices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer support and administration.
Ability to thrive under pressure, managing high call volumes and client requests.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Word & Excel with strong computer skills.
Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in operating standard office equipment.
Knowledge of organizational principles, planning, records management, and general administration.
High level of attention to detail.
