About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Service Support member to join our Southern Region team based in Notting Hill, Victoria. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing service contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding support across our service operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships, coordinating service activities, and ensuring all service-related tasks are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow service agreements with existing and new customers.
Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and emergency service callouts.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of assets, service agreements, and repair requirements.
Partner with service delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth while supporting long-term client retention.
Collaborate with the Sales Team on new service opportunities.
About You
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems and contract administration is highly regarded.
A collaborative team player who takes ownership and accountability.
