Mob Contracting is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Perth Head Office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

As Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in both client engagement and business development. You'll support the quoting and delivery of Rent A Fence products and services while driving opportunities across Mob Contracting. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries and managing quotes and tenders

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Pursuing new business opportunities and providing warm leads to the wider sales team

Preparing pricing submissions and assisting with site investigations

Maintaining accurate client records and reporting in Monday CRM

Supporting training and inductions across the business

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in sales administration or business development

A minimum of 1-2 years of sales administration or business development experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Monday.com highly regarded)

Basic familiarity with Monday.com

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory requirements:

Valid driver's license & White Card
