Your new role
- Manage day-to-day operations and support a team of consultants
 - Coordinate travel, accommodation, car hire and visa arrangements
 - Track compliance records and manage consultant onboarding
 - Liaise with external contractors including designers, IT and marketing support
 - Prepare invoice instructions for the bookkeeper
 - Maintain consultant CVs for tenders and proposals
 - Respond to client enquiries via phone and website
 - Organise internal team events and manage office supplies
 - Record and track feedback from procurement bids
 - Take minutes and summarise meetings when required
 
What you'll need to succeed
- You'll have experience in office or business support, ideally in a consulting or technical environment
 - You'll be confident using Microsoft Office and Adobe
 - You'll be comfortable managing logistics and supplier coordination
 - You'll be proactive, organised and able to work independently
