About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a professional and friendly part-time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our growing team, where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting the efficient delivery of client services.

The preferred working days are Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. While we are open to discuss some flexibility with these hours, given its nature, this role is based in our offices in Chatswood.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Greet and assist guests and clients in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner

Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately

Schedule meetings, maintain contact lists, and organize files

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and inventory

Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public

Provide administrative support across the business, as needed.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A client-first mindset with a proactive and professional approach and a calm and confident demeanor

5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
