Executive Collections is a boutique Debt Collection Agency located in Parramatta, specialising in Government and Commercial debt recovery.

We currently have exciting opportunities for Collectors who are looking for a change of environment to join our busy team. These roles will suit a person, who would enjoy a fast paced office and job diversity.

Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

Liaising with clients;

Negotiating outcomes with customers;

Skip Tracing;

File management;

Comply with client & company policies & procedures;

General ad-hoc office administration duties.

We are looking for someone who;

may have a background in collections or experience in a legal office;

has strong communication skills both written and verbal;

is reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role;

is able to prioritise workload and make timely decisions to manage your files accordingly and

can develop an understanding of ASIC & ACCC Debt Recovery Guidelines. (Training provided)

This is a full time role, 8:15am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, a part-time role can be negotiated for the right candidate.
