About the role

N17 BURGER CO' is looking for experienced Chef or cooks to join our team in Port Douglas, QLD 4877. As a Chef, cook, you will be responsible for cooking delicious meals for our customers in a fast-paced, full-time environment. If you have a passion for cooking and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of menu items to our high standards

Maintaining a clean and organised work station

Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer requests

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.

What we're looking for

experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.

Some cooking experience is preferred for this position.

Passion for delivering high-quality customer service

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Food safety and hygiene certification

Food Handler Certificate is required

Applicants must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate at the time of application

Candidates must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate at the time of application and cannot obtain it after being hired

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with the right to work in Australia permanently.
