What is the role?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of all menu food items. You will be required to be across all back-of-house operational standards to provide Good Food. Training and resources will also be provided.

You will also be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:

· preparation & cooking of meals as per Manuals;

· preparation, replenishment and rotation of stock in the kitchen;

· operating, maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment;

washing dishes;

any other relevant duties as directed by management.

What skills and knowledge do I need?

You will be a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills. You will have cooking experience and always maintain a professional attitude.

You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great customer service. Must be available from 4.30am-midnight 7 DAYS A WEEK.

Qualifications required -Commercial Cookery Certificate IV and Diploma of Hospitality or completed apprenticeship

2 years experience

We will be hiring your personality and attitude first and your skills second. You will be a self-starter who is able to maintain constant attention to detail.
