What you'll be doing

· Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard

· Ensuring all food service operations adhere to health and safety regulations

· Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

· Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

· Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or requests

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
